Refer to below table and express desired design of fur.
Option Description Fur Preset (ver5.1.0) Select one of the presets to express Fox, Mink, Angora, Sherpa and more. Fur Parameters Melanin Configure saturation of the fur's original color.
Higher the Melanin value is, saturated the color is. On the other hand, lower the value is, light the color is.PheoMelanin Configure how reddish the fur is. Higher the PheoMelanin value is, redder the fur is.
PheoMelanin value is applied in proportion to Melanin value, PheoMelanin value is not counted when the Melanin value is 0.Glossiness Configure shininess of the fur.
When the light is applied to the fur, shinier it is with a higher value.Glossiness Boost Express coated fur.
Glossiness adjusts intrinsic shininess of the fur whereas Glossiness Boost expresses the shininess from the fur finishing, like wax or coating.
Higher the Glossiness Boost value is, the stronger the fur finishing effect is.Softness Express smoothness of the fur.
Higher the Softness value is, smoother the fur is. On the other hand, the lower the value is, rougher the fur is.Fur
Gradation Color
(ver 5.2)Mid Color Select the mid color of the gradation. Tip Color Select the tip color of the gradation. Mid Position Adjust the length of the fur where Mid Color is applied. Tip Position Adjust the length of the fur where Tip Color is applied. Interpolation Naturally blend the borders of tip, mid, and root colors. Fur Shape Base Length Configure the length of the fur. Higher the value is, longer the fur is.
Length: 50
Length: 10
Thickness Configure the thickness of a single thread of the fur. Higher the value is, thicker the fur is.
Thickness: 10
Thickness: 0.20
Bend Configure the bending strength of the fur. Higher the value is, more affected by the gravity and bends more.
Bend: 1.00
Bend: 0.20
Taper Differentiate the thickness of the fur between its root and the end. Higher the value is, thinner the fur becomes toward the end. On the other hand, lower the value is, similar the thickness is between the root and the end.
Taper: 1.00
(Thickness: 2.00)Taper: 0.00
(Thickness: 2.00)Density Configure how fur are closely placed. Higher the value is, more dense the fur is. On the other hand, lower the value is, more scattered the fur is.
Density: 1.00
Density: 0.20
Segments Configure how many sections a single thread of fur is divided into.
When the fur is long and has higher Bending value, the fur must have higher Segments value to express the Bending smoothly and realistically. However, for the short and straight fur, the Segments value is not as significant.Base Maps
(ver5.0.0)
Use Base Maps to express different length, thickness, and density within a single Pattern.
0 is multiplied to the Length, Thickness, and Density values when a Map is black. On the other hand, 1 is multiplied to the Length, Thickness, and Density values when a Map is white.
Length Apply the Base Map to express different length. Thickness Apply the Base Map to express different thickness. Density Apply the Base Map to express different density. Gravity Force Apply the force of gravity. Vector X Manually apply the Gravity value to X-axis. Vector Y Manually apply the Gravity value to Y-axis. Vector Z Manually apply the Gravity value to Z-axis. Variance Length Express uniformed or irregular fur length.
Higher the value is, irregular the fur length is. On the other hand, lower the value is, uniform the length is.Thickness Express uniformed or irregular fur thickness.
Higher the value is, irregular the fur thickness is. On the other hand, lower the value is, uniform the thickness is.Direction Express uniformed or irregular fur bending direction.
Higher the value is, irregular the fur bending direction is. On the other hand, lower the value is, uniform the bending direction is.Gravity (ver5.1.0) Express uniformed or irregular gravity effect.
Higher the value is, irregular the gravity effect is. On the other hand, lower the value is, uniform the gravity effect is.※Note: Gravity value can only be applied when the Bending value is not 0.
Curl Radius (ver5.1.0) Express uniformed or irregular size of the curl. Curl Radius Configure the size of the curl.
Higher the value is, larger the curl is. On the other hand, lower the value is, smaller the curl is.
Radius: 5.00
(Number: 5.00)Radius: 1.00
(Number: 5.00)Number Configure the number of the curls. Higher the value is, more curls the fur has. On the other hand, lower the value is, less curls the fur has.
Number: 5.00
(Radius: 5.00)Number: 0.00
(Radius: 5.00)

Hi, i am trying beta version : Fur is absolutly amazing> A lots of possibilities and very realistic. Thanks for the job
Add more than wonderful
thank you for your effort
Wait for more
amazing!
Is it going to be possible in the future to have multiple colors on each single fur? like, the root being white and the tip being red. That'd be so dope!
