CLO product type: StandAlone Onlineauth only
This forcibly ends the CLO license session on a previous device after a crash or unexpected shutdown. This allows you to activate and use the license on your current device. It's a recovery tool, not a remote logout.
It only works when CLO has closed unexpectedly on the other device (e.g., termination due to software crash, sudden power off, etc.). It will not work if CLO is still running on the other device.
It may take up to 15 minutes to remove the device. If you still can't login to CLO after this time, please contact support. Also Remove Device does not cancel your trial license and paid subscription.
How to Remove Device
1) Log in to the CLO website. https://www.clo3d.com/
2) Select the profile icon at the top right and then select "Subscription".
3) Click the "Remove Device" button.
4) Try logging into CLO software on a new device.
