How can I update my billing information?

Answer

To update your billing information, please follow the steps below. Any changes made will take effect on your next subscription renewal or re-subscription.

• Log in to your account and go to the Billing section.
• Click the Edit button next to your Billing Address, update your information, and click OK.

Note: Your billing address cannot be modified while a subscription payment is currently processing. If a payment is in progress, please wait until it completes before making changes (processing typically takes about 3 hours).

Tax Notice: A VAT number for tax exemption/deduction is applicable only to customers residing in EU countries.
