Can I change my subscription plan?
Answer
You can change the plan at least 24 hours before the next bill due to your current plan.
To change the subscription plan from monthly to yearly (or vice versa),
- Sign in to the CLO web and go to the Subscription page.
- Click the "Change Plan" button.
- Check the current subscription and plan type that will be changed.
- Click the "Change" button.
*Once you change your subscription plan, you can only change the plan again ONLY AFTER you complete purchasing the product on the starting date of the changed plans. Until then, you cannot cancel the changes. Only canceling a subscription is available.
*If you change the plan, you will be charged the amount for the changed plan from the next payment date of the existing plan.
*If you cancel the subscription, you cannot change the plan type.
*Individual plans cannot be changed as student plans and vice versa.
