Does CLO offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as stated within CLO's Terms of Service agreement.
However, in limited cases, a self-service refund is available within 24 hours of your first billing after a free trial.

Please note that CLO provides auto-renewal subscriptions for individual users, showing a clear notification on the checkout page and asking for your consent before you purchase CLO, as shown below.

*Auto-renewal and cancellation policy
- Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until canceled. Your selected payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.
- You may cancel at any time from your Subscription page to avoid future charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your account until that date. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
- Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from CLO. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours, it is your responsibility to promptly contact CLO to obtain written confirmation. Without such confirmation, your cancellation request will be considered invalid.
- Individual users are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of the first billing renewal following the free trial. Refunds can be approved automatically during this 24-hour window. If you receive a refund confirmation email without having requested a refund, or notice any suspicious activity, please contact us immediately.
