Does CLO offer refunds?
Answer
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as stated within CLO's Terms of Service agreement.
Please note that CLO provides auto-renewal subscriptions for individual users, showing a clear notification on the checkout page and asking for your consent before you purchase CLO, as shown below.
*Auto-renewal and cancellation policy
- Once you are subscribed, you will be automatically billed and charged every term based on your choice (monthly or yearly).
- You can cancel your subscription anytime on your Subscription page, which will stop future billings, and give you account access through the end of your current term.
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription term you’ve already been billed. Consequently, you won’t receive any refunds for the remaining duration of your subscription term after you’ve cancelled.
- Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email from CLO. If you did not receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours, it is your responsibility to promptly contact CLO to receive written confirmation otherwise your cancellation request will be considered invalid.
- If there are any conflicts between these terms and any other CLO terms, these terms will control.
