I'm using CLO version below 2024.0 and I forgot my license ID and password. What should I do?

Find license ID
To find your license ID, please follow the indicated guideline below:
- Go to CLO website and click on 'Sign in'.
- If you forgot your ID but remember the email address used for sign-up, please use the email address to sign in.
- You can find your ID on the Account page.
However, if you forgot both the license ID and the email address used for signing in, please reach out to CLO via Contact Us page.

I also have the issue. my password is matching to the password I can find in my account page but when I put this password, i get error message ("invalid password")... and the link you posted above goes to Clo's landing page. not navigate to the guideline. :( . need help!
