Right, but then what can I tell them to help them access my files? Gerber is supposed to be compatible with Clo so there has to be a way to fix the issue. What is the fix?

Great suggestion. I tried this out but unfortunately, it did not solve the problem.  My best guess is that the software used to create the custom avatar created it with a "low resolution". Not sure...

Hi Pablo, I opened the file with Pad Systems and I am seeing the same issues. See the below screenshots. Is this something I can correct from my end? I'm not sure what could be causing this.
