pivot point for creators 3d?

Hi! 

I'm trying to upload a clo file on Creators 3D (Creators 3D | Online 3D Viewer) because I need to upload a 3D window on a website.

My problem is that when I upload the file (obj or fbx) and i rotate with mouse's right botton it doesn't rotate the object properly (it doesn't rotate the object 360 but it rotates around the blank space).

I asked the support team for help and they said to me that the pivot point on my object are far away from it and not into it and that I have to fix this on my software (clo3d).

 

Any idea on how to fix this?

Or do you know other ways to upload a 3d window on a website for free?

  user1109 Hi. Thanks for reaching out. Can you send a screenshot of your CLO workspace for this style so we can see the garment in the 3D window and all the pattern pieces in the 2D Window? It may just be that your pattern pieces  are not organized around the silhouette in the 2D window.
