Missing files in the library

Hi!

Many flies in the library are missing like the variety of poses, models, shoes, hairstyles etc. I have the trial version. What do I do?

  You can select the library items you want to download if they are greyed out. There is a small 'Download' icon top right when you expand out the library tab. Select the items you want, make sure you are online and have bandwidth, then click the download button and they should reload into your library.
