after entering my credentials on the server, I get the following message "invalid information, try again". The login credentials are correct. What can I do?

  Hi teresazanotto. There can be several reasons for this. You can see info HERE

  Did you download the correct version of CLO. Either Enterprise or Individual?

  Check if the Caps lock is on?
