Can't open multiple files at the same time on windows system after update to 7.0

Please fix this,it is important.

  Hi qguo11. We are aware of this and working towards a solve. In the meantime if you need to have multiple CLO windows open you can launch a new fresh CLO window from your desktop and then once CLO has launched a second time you can open the file in the new window.
