Transparency Background option not appearing

I am trying to save a turntable video with no background, however, the option just doesn't appear.

Is this an easy fix or just a bug?

  Videos in MP4 or AVI can't have alpha channel (transparency). You must save them as individual PNG files sequence and then create a MOV video with those images.
