Fabric Textures / Prints always move and wont remain print matched

I've been using Clo for a while with great results however I'm having problems with the print matching capabilities.

 

Once I've drawn my garments I'm putting repeat prints onto my fabric in the 'Object Browser' window so they can have repeat print artworks on them. I move the prints around using the 'edit texture' tool until all the print are aligned and matching over pockets, seams etc, then go into my 'Colourway' window & click 'update' to save the print & print position. I start a new colourway and repeat until I have all the options complete. 

 

However whenever I go back to a previously completed colourway all the prints have move and reverted back to their original print positions which are not print matched. If I close the file and reopen the same thing happens with all the print no longer print matched. I've tried saving as a 'project' & as a 'project (with other files' but without success and even just moving between different colourways in an open file has the same negative result. 

 

I'm sure I'm missing a box that needs to be checked or there is a simple solution so any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Your approach sounds correct, except that the 'update' button doesn't save the print position but merely updates the view in the Colorway Window. For the rest, may I direct you to our Youtube Channel? This tutorial walks you through all the necessary steps and following it, should result in a successful outcome.
