AI upload stuck on 20% syncronization

I am trying to upload a pattern that is an adobe illustrator file. But when I try to, CLO gets stuck at start syncronization 20% and the program no longer responds.

I've updated to Windows 11, I've updated by graphics card driver, i've updated to CLO 6.1.422

I'm using a CONCEPT D laptop with a Geforce RTX 2060 graphics card.

Any tips on how to get this file into the program?
