Mixamo animation does not create seamless render??
Hey everyone!
I have been having issues getting a seamless garment animation render and was wondering if any of you have an idea of what I am doing wrong and what I can do to fix it! My intention with the animated garment renders I'm creating is to import the frames to Premiere and create a seamless loop to extend the length of the animation.
When exporting from Mixamo, the preview shows a perfectly looped in-place walking animation with a certain amount of frames needed (excluding the transition frames).
If I render those frames, copy them, and add the copies to the end of the original render, it should create an in-place seamless walking loop with the garment. But when copied to the end and played, the frames are not seamless and have an obvious leap where the copied frames begin.
Is there a way to lengthen the animation render in Mixamo and/or CLO to get a longer animation with more walking to have more walking frames to work with? Or am I just doing something wrong? I am not including any of the transition frames so there should not be any issues.
I appreciate any help, thank you all so much! :-)

Hi viogonzalez,
Thanks for your request.
The animation of the avatar is still perfectly seamless and loops, but the garment will always do this tiny jump because its animation is not keyframe based but based on physics simulation. It is possible to extend the length of the loop in mixamo. Therefore you will have more frames available and you can do a simple soft blending of the frames in premiere or after-effects.
Thanks,
CLO Team
