Simulation Failed

A .zpac format clothes item fails to simulate in my CLO3D. What are the possible reasons？

  It looks like you have a secondary (hidden) surface interfering with the model/cloth simulation.Check your root scene tree and see if there are any additional objects. When simulating you can choose GPU (Fast sim) or CPU simulation try the latter and see if that resolves the issue.
