OBJ black when adding to workspace

Hi, whenever I try to add my OBJ to my workspace, it appears black no matte what I do: importing with textures, without textures, adding as avatar or trims, etc.

Is there a way to fix it? Thanks.

  Thanks for reaching out.

  Is the original file OBJ black? If so ensure you are exporting as an OBJ with no textures etc.
