CLO3D Install Update Error 6.0.374 Installer

Windows 10 x64

Cannot update CLO to latest software. I get the error when running the update installer for 6.0.374 for 64 bit Windows. I am running with administrator access. 

Prompt: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

After I close the prompt window, computer deletes the installer .exe.
