Downloading new items in library

I wanted to download various items of the avatars such as hair, shoes in 'Library' section.

but as soon as finising to download, they are removed immedately.

And I tried another way as you can see on the last photo, but it doesn't work as well..

Please help me:(

  Check the location of your CLO3D Library file (select folder and right click to copy file path) and make sure you don't have any software (firewall) preventing the download to that folder.

  how do I delete downloads I accidentally downloaded from library? Much appreciated. I clicked on downloads in my computer after pressing the + and the program downloaded all the files on my download folder!!!!
