Edit motion files, use half the animation or add transition in the middle

Is there a way to edit the animations in clo? I only want to use the second half of a catwalk animation so that the model is walking away but I need it to transition from a pose into that walk so I can't just render the second half.  I tried saving the joint motion of the play region but it didn't work. Surely there is a simple way to cut the first half of the animation off.

  Hi erinbennett93. If you only want to render out a single part of the animation you can do that. When in the Render Engine go into Image/Video Properties change Region from "Entire Region" to "Play Region". You can then set the Start/End frames to the section of the animation that you want to render.

  Hi erinbennett93 , I guess I'm late but maybe my response would be helpful for other CLO3D users!

  There is a way you can ''cut your animation'' using the following steps:

  -Record the animation as is normally done.

  -Choose the step (frame) you want your final animation to start

  -Change start to the desired frame 

  -Record again the animation (this new one will start directly from the selected frame)

  

  -This way you will create an animation track with the desired length as you can see in the picture.

  -Finally delete de transition and the first recording track.

  If someone needs more explanation on this I will share more screenshots or whatever :)
