How do I undo an update?

After today's update to 5.2.364 CLO is running so slooooooooooooooooow. I draw an internal line on the pattern and it says it's 'synchronizing', even though synchronizing is not on, then after 2 minutes my line appears. Same with adding top-stitch, editing sewing, adding points, editing points, etc. It's taking hours to do what should take minutes. It wasn't behaving this way yesterday before the update. I've rebooted several times. I need to get some work done and this is so frustrating!!!!

Can I undo today's update?

  If you go to there website and your login you can typically download the version you want.

  Thank you ottoline! I was able to find it right from the software under Help/New features and version archive.
