    Start with HPS (High point shoulder) as your most important height measurement, then crotch height and then the diagonal torso length around the vertical trunk front to back and over the shoulder (HPS to crotch), that is what governs the torso posture shape (sway back) as they are all ergonomically connected. And finally if that doesn't pull the avatar into a better shape, use the IK tools to adjust the avatars bone position to give a better posture when the dimensions have been set correctly to your models size.
