Environment Map Won't fully load

Is your HDRI image correctly formatted for use in CLO3D. Try switching off any ground plane or any other light to see if those objects are causing a visual obstruction in the render view. The original environment map needs to be formatted to fit the dome layout, sometimes HDRI maps are configured to include a matching ground plane, and work as a set, in CLO3D that might be an issue as it expects only one image unlike 3D modelling apps where you can also include a matching HDRI ground plane to go with the dome HDRI. Many HDRI lighting scene studios come with additional backplates to set a higher resolution compositing image into the frame, and often a ground plane, so if you only load one dome image you might get a missing ground plane, which means if you picked up your HDRI from a bigger scene set of plates you may need to think about baking a full HDRI dome as a single image to use in CLO3D. Or you may need to set up a ground plane with that plates image texture mapped to that ground plane to complete the scene look.
