Prevent graphic logo from stretching along with fabric
I put a graphic logo on stretch fabric and after simulation, the logo is distorted along with the fabric.
In real life, the logo- heat transfer wouldn't stretch with the fabric. How to prevent this in Clo? Any tips? Thx

Can you share an image to better assist you? Stretching with the fabric is exactly how it works in real life.

I know what you mean, but there are transfers with a thickness (more like a rubber print) and those hold the fabric underneath them pretty tight. I know this is just a slight slant and there is perspective but it is important to make it stiffer under the logo.
P.S.This logo is just a placeholder.

There is no way to tell the graphic to be stiffer than the rest of the fabric. You could that with an emblem that is sewn on top, but no with a rubber print. You could cut and sew a patch of fabric in the exact same shape of the logo and then make that patch of fabric a but more stiff to fake it, but that will produce a result somewhat different than in real life.
You could distort the graphic to compensate for the stretching, also faking it.
You could use a less stretchy fabric to prevent distortion of the logo, but that is all over the piece.
So, I don't think there is a way to do what you mention. Let's see if someone has a different take on this.

This can be done using > bonding.
You can place a triangle to match the area of the logo on the pattern using the internal line and then you can add in > bonding to that small area the badge sits on. You will need to create these internal lines (closed shape) to match your logo/badge size.

Set the rear fused fabric and change it's stretch to approximately suit your applique logo type.

Now see (below) how the 2D image that is on the pattern piece and the internal line (traced to match the badge size) stops the pattern from distorting as a an additional 'bonded' backing physical preset has been added to the pattern fabric.

And then (below) what happens when the pattern has the bond area (to the badge shape and size) toggled off.
See the manual about 'Bonding' additional materials to the same pattern piece.
