Hello thayisg. If you are not exporting animation from DAZ, why not stick to OBJ? My experience is better with OBJ than with FBX or DAE. The exporters and importers not necessarily abide strictly to the specs, so expect variation.
It is difficult to help without knowing more details of the settings you are using to export. You could use a third software (like Blender) to see if you can import and what are the settings you are getting from the export from DAZ.

Hi Pablo Qujintana
Thanks for your reply, I am working on a project where client wants avatars either in Collada or FBX and also wanted poses where he can change one pose to another pose - similar to Clo Avatars. No OBJ morph target. I do not know much about 3rd party software like Blender/Max/Maya - I generally do models in DAZ and used them as OBJ/FBX in CLO. See my other post where I faced hurdles in exporting FBX fils in MD/CLO.
While exporting from DAZ as Collada format I played with different options also sill No use

When you say your customer wants to change poses from FBX or Collada, how does he/she plans to do that? Maintaining am almost immaculate rigging after exporting and importing so much is difficult. The bones may be exported but the rigging will need to be checked.
Can you elaborate more?
