Hello community

My name is Nathalie and I am a dressmaker and pattern maker from Switzerland. I am now working on a bachelor thesis on virtual children fitting.
Virtual prototyping is becoming more and more important in today's world because saving time, money and resources should go hand in hand with fashion. In order to progress in this area, I will start a trial in the field of children's clothing. A comparison of a virtual and a real prototype will show how far today's technology is.

Since Clo3D in my opinion is very far ahead in the market with 3D technology, I wanted to ask you all:

• Who of you is already working with clo3D in the field of children's clothing?
• Which company are you working for?
• Since when do you work with 3d technology / virtual prototyping in the field of children's clothing?
• Which CAD programs do you use for pattern making?
• Does it work well with Clo3D?

  Hello Nathalie,

  I'm making a PhD at the Sorbonne in Paris and Clo3D is one of the programs I'm using in my research. I have articles about the study of drape of 3D fabrics versus real. If you post your e-mail I will send them to you.
