Lining fabric popping out and melting on simulation
Hi, I´m having a big problem with an outdoor jacket with lining.
When I push gravity button it all "melts together" and the lining fabric pops out on the back piece and on the sleeves. Obviously there is something wrong in the pattern but I´m having a hard time finding what causes all this.
What are the most-common mistakes that generate this and what is the most effective way to find where the problem is?

Hello Julia. Layering (be it with lining or other clothes on top) is always tricky, so don't feel bad. There is a lot of computation going on inside CLO to decide which piece of geometry goes outside. There are some good tutotrials out there for layering, check them out.
The main thing to have into consideration is how tight your garment is.If it is skin tight, then is going to be more difficult. It if is not skin tight, you might try and test freezing parts of your garment, simulating (for instance the sleeves) and when stable, freeze and simulate something else.
