Hey,

I have a MacBook (type in title) and the application does not even start on it. I mean, every time I open it, it asks me to accept their policies and then the picture below comes up and nothing ever happens after that. Has this happened to anyone, or does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it?

  Noemi, can you check of the login window where you put your username and password is hidden somewhere? Sometimes that window gets hidden or goes to a different screen (in case you have more than one monitor).

  The login dialog may behind the splash screen. On the Mac OS bar at the top you can click Window and see if the CLO Standalone OnlineAuth dialog is showing up and click it to bring to front. You could use Mission Control to find the dialog/window that hides itself. Apple explains different ways to access it from https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204100
