Hey,
Can someone explain what exactly is Skive?
And what this tool does?

  And what is a bond know? They are nearby. Bond and skive.This is the same as the bond, just the opposite. How to make a thinner fabric for physical properties, without cutting the fabric.

  Skiving is the process in reducing the thickness so that it is pliable for folding or manipulation without weakening. Usually used in leather crafting. 

  Bonding is to strengthen the fabric to make it more rigid or to add more body to the fabric. In the real world you would use some type of interfacing to achieve the same result.
