OBJ avatars not loading in CLO 5.0

Hi, I recently downloaded the new CLO 5.0 and now it seems that some of my avatar OBJs don't load..... or sometimes they do but they are invisible on my screen the screen. This seems to be a new occurrence since I upgraded, is it a known glitch? and is there anything I can do to correct this?

  These are typical problems with scale. Where did you export the obj from 3dsMax? Max usually has problems with scale. Check export and import units, or use the autoscale checkbox.
