V Neck collar was hidden under the body panel

Hi, I have problem getting the neck binding to be visible on garment neckline. Had done this silhouette before and all was fine. However, this time round the neck binding keep on going to the back of front body panel. I have tried 'bring to front' & superimpose (over) but none of these work. Please help.

  would you be able to share a file via CLOset or any cloud service of your preference?

  Hi, I have added 2 files onto CLOset. File name <C&B V Neck Tee - P19CBW630B-GLMMER_PK_NRF#680> is the 3D I did previously and no problem. File name <Plus Size Missy Vneck Tee> is the current 3D which I'm experiencing problem with the neck binding.
