How to create a new baseline?

After applying slash & spread, the original baselines of my patterns don't function as they are supposed to. So I deleted them. Now, how can I add/create new baselines?

  For now, you can't create Baselines directly. However, you can create Internal Lines as needed then convert them to Baselines :)
