  I think not all colors hair can be changed.
  Do you agree?

  All the hair colors can be changed, you just have to access the parts inside through the Scene tab in the object browser. Once you click on one exposed part of the hair, it will highlight in the scene tab and you can easily see where all the other hair parts are.
