Export group objects

Hello, I know that it's possible to export a 3D in a single object or in several objects. My question is to know if it's possible for example to have the left and right sleeves which form one object, the front and the back another object and the collar a third object? To then export into several objects but the sleeves remain grouped and not separated... Do you think this is possible please?

  You can apply symmetry so that both sleeves are linked that way
