My buckle can't keep it's shape

Hi! I'm making a buckle for a bag and it can't keep its shape. After when I have used the mesh box to pull the strap through the buckle and simulate that's when it looses it's shape and I don't know what to do. As you can see the buckle is bent and curved but that's not how it was from the start and I want to change that.  I have altered the collision, pressure and to solidify and strengthen the buckle but nothing helps. Pls help!

  Hi support.

  It looks like your buckle is still made from a pattern piece. If it is still made from fabric will still act like that. You will instead need to export it to be an OBJ. You can find a great tutorial HERE for how to do this
