Hello,

for some reason I can only see this screen. I have already tried un- and installing multiple times, but nothing changed

  Hello @melizarrd

  The "ChangeLog_CLO" you are seeing is a patch note that is automatically displayed after the CLO software install is complete.

  I'm not sure if you are saying that the CLO software is installed but not running. In any case, find the CLO shortcut on the desktop or the CLO .exe icon in your C:\Program Files\CLO <product name>.
