how do I make the clothes lay flat in the simulation?

I need the bag to fall flat when I drop it, after trying all the fabric presets.

I need it to turn from the first screen into the second screen.

  There is no active subscription associated with this account, could you please share your current CLO ID?

  Is the bag in the second screenshot turned upside down or is it another item? If the former is the case, select the entire bag while simulation is turned off and use the gizmo to turn it upside down, then simulate. You can strengthen the round pattern piece that makes up the main part of the bag to make sure it flattens out into its full circular shape.
