FBX animation export not working correctly

Hi Guys,

I am trying to export an animation I created in CLO 3d in fbx format .

Files saves ok but once you import in 3ds max ( almost imposible the 2020 version crashed and takes hours on import )  or Blender is not working..

 

Why is that ?

  For support with 3ds Max or Blender we recommend that you reach out to their support

  But also as previously mentioned, we have a question about this account, as there is no active license associated with it, we are assuming you are using CLO via your employer.
