I already had a free trial with my private email account, and I tried to get a subscription with my university email, to get the 50% discount. Because of changing the mail I had to start the free trial again with this email, and now I can not get into the application, since it says I can only use one free trial per device. Is there any option for me to cancel the free trial to be able to start the subscription so I can start working?
