Can't login for tech pack export

Hello,

I am trying to export a tech pack. When the app opens the CLO-SET website to login I get a 'The email address or password you entered is incorrect.' message.

How does it work? I am using the email and password I used to sign up.

Thanks for your help.

  When I go for 'Forgot Password' it says there is no account assigned to my email..

  Okay, I got it working. It looks like I needed to setup a new account for CLO-SET. Was expecting I can simply use the main account.. Looks like it is working now.

  Hi kimasendorf,

  Correct, CLO ID and CLO-SET account are separate from one another.
