Pattern bigger in viewport than 2d

Hi,

I created firs the piece on the right and then I created the piece on the left with the same height measurement but narrorwer. In the 2D view they look to be the same but in the 3D view the new piece seems to be longer. 
Any idea why is that?

  Hi miss_mushroom,

  Do the fabrics have the same physical properties? One looks simulated longer than the other and might also be skewed from being in the process of falling. The angle in the 3D window might also be changing the perception (one further away from the camera than the other).

  If you reset the 2D Arrangement of both and look at them frontally before simulating, they should show the pure pattern piece proportions accurately. If this is the case, all is working as it should :)
