Getting "it only works for a simulated garment" when Auto Grading

I've found other posts about this issue but nothing I've seen so far has solved my problem. I create a garment and try to autograde it to a new avatar but I get this message every time:

"it only works for a simulated garment"

The garment is simulated. I've tried closing and reopening in Clo, tried with different garments, different avatars. Nothing has worked. Any help is much apprecited!

  Hi ohmeohmy,

  I cannot replicate this even if I completely switch out one of the avatars for another without simulating on it first. Could you share one of the affected projects with us so we can test if it also happens on one of our stations, and attach a screen grab of the steps you're going through? https://clo3d.com/en/support/contactus
