Is there a tool on 3D CLO that makes it possible to enter a total measurement for a pattern part in width and length. In essence, if it is possible to enter dimensions directly from the tech pack (e.g. sleeve length, waist circumference etc) to one pattern part.

  Yes. You can use the many different Precision tools in CLO to do this. You can also use the new Parametric Pattern tool as well. I am linking videos from our Youtube below that you may find helpful
