How to Add a Thread to a Button?

In the designs I downloaded from Clo-set, there is only BTN file but there is a 'Thread' option. how to save it to be like this? Is there a video?

  Hi malikaligoksel

  If thread and button are all in one that means that the two meshes were not separated by the original creator.  You would need to use a secondary software like Blender to separate. We are an article/video HERE that will explain the process.
