when i record an animation after adding motion to my avatar, the joggers glitch out and get stuck together, i have tried altering the particle distance and collision thickness but does not fix the issue. any ideas?

  Have you followed all the tips on this video HERE? What have you changed the collision to on the pants? 

  Have you altered the pant fabric properties at all? If the pants are very wide and have a lot of movement they can easily collide. You may need to just slightly adjust the fabric properties so they are less bouncy and reduce the movement slightly

  all sorted now, just had to change simulation quality to stable in the animations section.
