cant log into the trial version, login field is blocked

Hallo, 

I cant launch the trial. 

When I launch it I just can print only in the password field but the login field is bloccked. How can I do? 

I cant log into the trial.

  Have you already tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the trial?

  Yes,I dsinstalled the program. I scuceed to enter yesterday. But now I bought the study course from Pushka school and I mus register my access today as a Student. Should I cansel everything and install again and register as a student?

  Hi irinab, 

  It depends on what type of installer your school is using. If they have been sent an installer to use, you will need to uninstall the trial and install what your school should provide. I would confirm with them what you are supposed to be using in terms of installer and login info.
