Mac Tracking pad 's pop up box

Can't seem to have this pop up box with my macbook tracking pad using "right click", neither on View Controls setting....

Please help

  could I please also have this link I have the same issue with my MacBook Pro, I right click the track pad but no menu pops up

  the fix is that you press 'control' whilst right clicking the track pad
