Scaling texture

I am scaling prints on a garment using the edit texture tool but I would like to know the exact % the scale is growing or shrinking. For example if a company sends me the original size of the print and I reset the texture/print size on the garment to be bigger, they need to know if the print is getting 10% bigger or 60% bigger, etc. Is there a way to scale the texture up or down percentages? What do you recommend?
