saving fabric from clo connect

hello I have been trying to save fabric that I purchased on clo connect but I don't know why the file saves in an adobe photoshop file for some reason while still remaining as a Z Fab file can you please tell me how to fix this clo says the file can't be uploaded because it is the wrong file type, thanks

  Can you please share a link of the specific fabric that was downloaded?

  We also recommend that fabrics downloaded from Connect or any other Custom fabric not be saved in the CLO fabric library, but instead create your own personal fabric folder that can be linked to CLO
