how to dress the avatar again

Hi. So I will explain all my situation first.

I am trying to make clothes and shoes and make a video of avatar walking.

but when I tried to put motion in animation, the shoes came off. (is it a bug?)

so I changed the avatar's pose to the starting pose of the motion and  dressed the avatar again

then the shoes also moved along the avatar when she walked so i was happy.

BUT! i accidently deleted the avatar. 

Now that the pose changed the clothing i simulated wont fit the avatar.

also I cant find that pose anywhere. I tried clicking the motion and tried to make the same starting pose of the motion but it didnt work.

Do i have to dress it again on this pose or is there an easier way to dress it?

  First for the shoes did you properly Register the shoes? You can see how to do this HERE

  Second did you save the garment file before adding animation? It is best practice to have one file that is just the garment with the avatar in A-pose. Then make a second file using Save-As to add the animation. That way if something happens you can go right back to the avatar fully dressed.

  If you did not do this you should be able to Reset 3D arrangement in the 3D window if you used Arrangement points to reset the garment. Then reapply the animation
